This is one of the best ways to eat well and healthy when you don’t have the opportunity to cook at home and bring food with you. In this way you will be able to eat different foods every day and you will receive all the nutrients, the vitamins and minerals you need. It is important not to order a hamburger from the restaurant 🙂

Sani snacks

There are dishes that you can bring to the office without feeling guilty. For example, light and nutritious snacks, such as fresh fruit, dried fruit, cooked vegetables, low -calorie cakes, peanuts and other nuts.

If you took an apple for the snack and your colleague serves you with french fries or potatoes, for example, I recommend that you refuse these snacks. The more you come informed and you are aware of the damage to your health through the constant consumption of these foods, the less you want them. The main thing is not to let it be hungry and eats regularly.

Sugar is the food for the brain. During long sessions or demanding intellectual activities, you often hear the desire to eat at least one piece of chocolate. This is normal.
