Before the start of the session, it is advisable to change and warm up. This not only allows you to prepare the body for intense training, but also to create a moment of conviviality among the participants, who greet and exchange their experiences.

Session

1. Heating

Each session starts with a heat of about 10 minutes. This includes joint mobility exercises and dynamic movements to activate muscles. Exercises such as arms rotations, legs of the legs and dynamic elongations are practiced. The goal of this phase is to prepare the body and prevent injuries.

The heat -Up is also an excellent opportunity for coaches to give advice on breathing and posture, crucial elements during TRX practice.

2. Presentation of the exercises

After the heat, the coach presents the various exercises that will be performed. Each movement is explained in detail, with a particular emphasis on the technique. This allows participants to familiarize yourself with the belts and postures to be adopted.

Exercises may include movements such as:

  • TRX Squat : To strengthen the legs and buttocks.
  • Prints : Work on the back and biceps.
  • Pumps : To solicit the chest and triceps.
  • The axes : To strengthen the abdominal belt.

The coach encourages the participants to ask questions to ensure that everyone understand the movements.

The session generally takes place in the form of a circuit. Participants range from one exercise to another, with work and rest intervals. For example, you could start with Squat Trx, followed by prints, pumps and cards. Each exercise requires several muscle groups, offering complete training.
