In this article, we explain how a TRX session will take place and what makes it unique.
What is TRX?
The TRX was developed by a former member of the American special forces, Randy Hetrick, who was looking for a way to perform resistance exercises everywhere. The system consists of adjustable straps fixed in a point of anchoring, allowing you to perform a multitude of exercises using body weight.
It is an effective method for working all muscle groups by improving coordination and balance.
The TRX stands out for its versatility and can be integrated into many training programs. Whether you want to strengthen your musculature, improve your posture or simply vary the sports sessions, TRX adapts to your needs.
Movements can be changed according to each level, which makes it an ideal choice for people of all ages and all physical conditions.
