How did you know that it adapted and rack?
As an athlete, I have known them for a long time. At the moment we were a Crossfit® LyonWe knew the brand, we met Xav and Flo (Xavier Anton and Florent Camisuli, Fit ‘& Rack Co -Fondatori), and then it became good colleagues.
In addition, they sponsored me as an art of 2019 when I went to the games (Crossfit® Games Final, an event that takes place every year with international athletes who passed all qualifying tests).
And suddenly, of course we decided to contact them to equip us when we opened our box. And they had already helped me during Covid, lending me equipment so that they could continue to train.
Because they are people with whom we can discuss well, exchange well. If there is a concern that we can call them, then we are lucky to be next to us. Then it is Good gear: rack, bars, weight lifting bars… we have never had great concerns and therefore if there is a problem they really are really I listen. So yes I would recommend every time Fit ‘& Rack To anyone who asks me.
What does Fit ‘& Rack represent for you today?
A surprising memory is that they are there like Partner box Since we have equipped ourselves with each other, they are really listening to if you have a small problem.
And above all they are there for me too as an athlete and for us the team when we went to the games in 2021 (team composed of Carole Castellani, Julie Vernet, Lucas Heuzé et Maxime Footwear) and in 2023 (where Eliott Genin will replace Maxime footwear In the Crossfit® Genas team), they supported us. A significant memory with Fit ‘& Rack (event, anecdote …)

With Florent Paillasson, co -owner of Crossfit Genas), we wanted to open a CrossFit® room and we were looking for clubs in the area, and it was around Pascal that he had just purchased this room, he made us visit and prefer.

What time do you need for your box creation project?
Between the idea and the opening, I think it should have happened for 1 year and a half, but after us it was a bit special because we opened Covid in the middle.
Which budget to provide for an opening of boxes such as Crossfit Genas?
At the time, we grew up a bit, we purchased equipment, but at the moment we had a budget of € 50,000 in equipment, with a loan for the bank.
Your biggest pride for Crossfit Genas?
I would say the community. The community and everything that accompanies it: competitors, not complings … the CrossFit® Genas family.
How owner of a box, how does one of your standard days take place?
He just tries to make everyone happy, that everyone is a smile when he arrives and especially when he leaves, it is already the most beautiful of the victories I think.
Can you give us a mockery on the next changes in Crossfit Genas?
On what will happen: try to be at best every time, you do the best for our members, develop the box in the right direction, but there is no great evolution in sight, only by making the Genas family fat, because not creating a new event. I don’t say more, because I can’t too much!
