This emblematic Italian dessert has become essential for the gourmet tables and we will show you how to prepare it while maintaining a touch of lightness and pleasure.

The ingredients

To do this magical tiramisu, you will need:

– 250 g of mascarpone: Choose a quality mascarpone for a creamy consistency.
– 3 eggs: Fresh eggs, preferably organic.
– 80 g de Sucre: Opt for coconut sugar for a healthier touch.
– 1 cup of strong coffee: Related, to immerse the biscuits.
– 24 tablespoons cookies: You can find them easily in the shop.
– cocoa powder: Not sweet, to sprinkle at the top.
– A small vanilla: To flavor your cream.

Preparation steps

1. Prepare the coffee: Infid your strong coffee and let it cool. If you want a touch of originality, add a little almond milk or hazelnut for a soft flavor.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks: In a large bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes creamy and light. Then add the mascarpone and vanilla and mix gently to obtain a smooth cream.

3. Mount the egg whites: In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they are rigid. Incorporate them gently into the previous preparation using a spatula, so as not to break the whites.

4. Dip the biscuits: Rightly dip each biscuit with a spoon with the cooled coffee. Don’t leave them too long to prevent them from becoming too soft.

5. Assembling your tiramisu: In a plate, arrange a first layer of soaked biscuits. Add a layer of mascarpone cream, then repeat the operation with a second layer of biscuits and a last cream.

6. Leave it alone: Cover the plastic film dish and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally all night. This will allow flavors to mix and the consistency of the affirmation.

7. The service: Just before serving, sprinkle the upper part of cocoa powder for an elegant final touch.

Tips to customize

– Add fruit: For a fruity version, incorporate raspberries or strawberries between the layers of cream.
– A little alcohol: For adults, a little marsala or rum can add a depth of flavor.
– Vegan version: Replace the mascarpone with a mixture of silky tofu and coconut milk and eggs with a substitute such as apple compote.
