Kickboxing in Astroveda sports halls: how a session and its benefits are taking place

A typical Kickboxing session on Astroveda

1. Heating

Each session begins with a warm essential element, which generally lasts between 10 and 15 minutes. This heat -Up includes cardiovascular exercises such as rope jump, on -site races or dynamic stretching.

The goal is to prepare the body for the intensity of future training and reduce the risk of injury. In addition, these first moments allow participants to familiarize themselves with the space and put themselves in the sports atmosphere of the course.

3. Luggage training

This moment is also an opportunity to discuss the progress and the objectives to be achieved. Coaches encourage exchanges and feedback, thus creating a help and mutual motivation environment.
