For example, I decide to lose weight and understand that my current level of physical activity, I have to eat 2000-2200 kcal. And I know that I can easily forget the food up to five or six in the evening. But if I sleep on an empty stomach, then the pain of hunger and insomnia is guaranteed.
Therefore, in the morning I pass with a cup of coffee or add a symbolic snack of 300-400 kcal. But I eat a long time after training and before going to bed with clean consciousness, I will eat up to 1000 kcal. For some, on the contrary, it is not difficult to sleep on an empty stomach. But in the morning you just need a constant breakfast. If you do not yet know your body very well, start distributing the total daily calorie intake in 3-5 meals equally.
So, when asked about what to eat to lose weight is just an answer: you will never be able to lose in an area that has spread the whole body.

Let’s go to training, or rather, physical activity and its role in the fat combustion process. The body spends the minimum quantity of calories in the dorsal decubitus.
